Etude House Oh M'eye Line Brown Review

Hi Ladies! I'm back with another review :> Today i want to give my favorite eyeliner to be reviewed. So i was looking for a cheap and long lasting eyeliner cause my previous eyeliner which is Kiss Me Heroine Make Smooth Eyeliner BK 01 is running out and it's kinda hard to find this brand in Indonesia, also the price so expensive for me lol i got KissMe Heroine eyeliner SGD 22. So I don't think will repurchase that eyeliner again. Then I found Etude House Oh M'eye Line Eyeliner. I bought this in brown color. At first i had low expectation about this product because what can you expect from $4 liquid eyeliner? BUT ETUDE HOUSE PROVED ME WRONG. Here is the product~

As someone who has problems with applying liquid eyeliner without shaking, make uneven lines, and mess, i love this eyeliner! The tip is very thin! you can make thin lines perfectly. The brush tip is soft compared to all liquid eyeliners I've tried before. It's very easy to work with, even you're a newbie.

When you swatch it, at first it's more like shiny finish, but it will turn completely matte after a while.

The color pigmentation is good, but honestly it's not the brown that I want. It's really dark, almost like black, but for $4 liquid eyeliner, this product is really worth the hype!

Etude House Every Month Cleansing Foam #6 Tea Tree & #7 Aloe Vera Review

Hi ladies, finally first post in May 2015 (*o*). I'm back after a long long long hiatus T.T. Sorry, haven't had a chance to make a review since i was busy and lazy lol. So yeah, today i wanna share about Etude House Every Month Cleansing Foam #6 Tea Tree & #7 Aloe Vera. I have had Himalaya Herbals Purifying Foaming Neem Face Wash ($2) before but last week i found that Etude House sell these products in very very affordable price compared to another korean brand facial wash. I got them around  ₩3,500/$4 per tube.

Hai ladies~ Akhirnya pos pertama di Bulan Mei 2015~. Dari kemarin gak sempet buat review karena sibuk di kampus dan males sih haha. Oke langsung aja ya. Hari ini aku mau bahas tentang  Etude House Every Month Cleansing Foam #6 Tea Tree & #7 Aloe Vera. Facial wash aku sebelumnya itu Himalaya Herbals Purifying Foaming Neem Face Wash ($2) tapi minggu lalu Etude House jual produk ini dengan harga yang sangat murah dibandingkan dengan facial wash merek korea yang lain, hanya ₩3,500/$4 per tube. Murah banget kan haha.

Etude House Every Month Cleansing Foam came in 12 different types of facial foam which are numbered accordingly to the months in a year. It's infused with botanical ingredients such as aloe vera, avocado, tea tree, green tea, pomegranate, lemon, bluberry, rice, and the strange one... garlic. This product comes in a 100 ml tube with flip top cap which is great for travelling junkie. I think it will last for 2-3 months (depends on the frequency usage), so you don't have to buy facial foam every month. Etude House packaging never fails me, it's so cute T.T i can't resist. Don't forget to use this product within 6 month once it opened.

Produk ini berbentuk tube dengan isi 100ml, dan jangan khawatir karena tutupnya pakai flip top, jadi praktis dan gak takut tumpah sana sini dan juga travel friendly. Produk ini habis sekitar 2-3 bulan tergantung banyak pemakaiannya yah, jadi nggak usah bingung beli facial wash tiap bulan. Jangan lupa kalau expirednya 6 bulan setelah produk dibuka.

TEXTURE, SCENT, FORMULA

The Aloe Vera has gel texture, while the Tea Tree one has fresh cream texture. They all smell amazing. You only need only pea sized amount of product to wash your entire face and neck. Surprisingly the foam is easy to rinse and leaves my skin clean and fresh. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all whoa. I really recommend these facial foams to people who has oily-combination skin type.

Tekstur dari varian lidah buaya adalah gel sedangkan varian tea tree berbentuk krim. Keduanya mempunyai wangi yang enak. Kamu hanya perlu sedikit aja untuk cuci seluruh area muka dan leher. Busa dari facial foam ini gampang sekali dibersihkan dengan air, dan hasilnya...bersih dan fresh! Nggak ada rasa licin licin gitu. Aku rekomendasikan produk ini buat orang yang punya tipe kulit berminyak-kombinasi.

PERFORMANCE

I tested this product to check how great this product to remove waterproof makeup. So i swatched all my waterproof makeup product in my hand. As you guys can see i swatched bb cushion, glitter eyeliner, bb cream, eyeliner etc which are not easy to remove with ordinary facial foam only. 

Aku coba tes kemampuan produk ini untuk membersihkan makeup. Jadi aku oleskan semua makeup waterproof ke tangan. Bisa kalian lihat ya itu aku oles bb cushion, glitter eyeliner, bb cream, eyeliner yang notabene susah dihilangkan kalo pakai facial foam biasa. 

TARAAAAAA but a lil bit of my waterproof mascara was still there. But it's okay.

Etude House Hot Style Cream Hair Coloring Blackish Brown Review

Hi everyone~ welcome back to my blog \(*o*)/ Today, i made a new review for Etude House Hot Style Cream Hair Coloring in Blackish Brown shade. This product  comes in 1 shade only. I know, this product is less famous than the bubble hair color, which has wider color range. This product claims that it's really great for gray coverage. Wow. I have tried the bubble hair 4 times (dark brown, natural brown, red wine, and sweet orange) before so i decided to try this because i'm really really curious about DIY hair coloring using cream hair color. So let's start~ 

Hai semua, selamat datang di blogku  \(*o*)/. Hari ini aku sudah buat review baru yaitu Etude House Hot Style Cream Hair Coloring warna Blackish Brown. Produk ini hanya diproduksi 1 warna saja, yaitu blackish brown. Sayangnya, dibanding bubble hair color yang punya banyak pilihan warna, produk ini kurang terkenal. Katanya juga produk ini bags buat menutup uban? Wow. Aku udah pernah coba bubble hair color 4 kali sebelumnya (dark brown, natural brown, red wine, and sweet orange), jadi karena aku penasaran banget gimana semir rambut di rumah pakai pewarna rambut berbentuk krim, makanya aku pilih yang versi krim. Yuk kita mulai aja~

How to use?

First, wear the cape and gloves, better to wear black shirt to avoid unwanted stains.

Second, Unscrew cap from Colorant 1 and squeeze a line into big brush, between it's plastic bristles.

Third, Unscrew cap from Oxidizing 2 and squeeze a line into big brush, between it's plastic bristles.

The amount of Colorant 1 and Oxidizing 2 should be 1:1 ratio. 

So that Colorant 1 and Oxidizing 2 naturally mixes together.

Fourth, use the big brush to apply the color to your hair, use small brush for more precision.

If the color gets on your skin, wipe it with damp towel.

Fifth, after you completely apply the color, leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Sixth, rinse your hair using warm water, until the water runs clear.

Seventh, apply Silky Perfumed Treatment for 5 minutes, and rinse.

1. Pakai plastik pelindung dan sarung tangan, lebih baik pakai kaos hitam ya, biar gak repot bersihkan kalo kena catnya.

2. Buka tutup tube Colorant 1, pencet untuk mengeluarkan isinya hingga membentuk 1 garis lurus ke big brush

3. Buka tutup tube Oxidizing 2, pencet untuk mengeluarkan isinya hingga membentuk 1 garis lurus ke big brush. Perbandingan Colorant 1 and Oxidizing 2 harus 1:1 ya girls, 

sehingga Colorant 1 and Oxidizing 2 akan otomatis tercampur saat kamu aplikasikan ke rambut

4. Aplikasikan semir ke rambut menggunakan big brush tadi, untuk bagian-bagian yang susah dijangkau, pakai small brush, kalau semirnya ada yang nggak sengaja kena di muka, segera lap dengan handuk basah, biar nggak berbekas di kulit

5. Setelah selesai, diamkan selama 10-15 menit

6. Bilas dengan air hangat, sampai bersih.

7. Aplikasikan Silky Perfumed Treatment selama 5 menit, dan bilas.

(+) No itchy feeling on my scalp even i left it around 30 mins lol

(+) What you see in the top of the box is what you get, yes it's black <3

(-) A bit drying, but it will turn nice after you use Silky Perfumed Treatment

(+) Nggak perih di kulit kepala ku, padahal aku diamkan 30 menit lol

(-) Agak kering, tapi setelah pakai Silky Perfumed Treatment udah nggak kering lagi

Jar of Beauty Red Butter Cookies Tinted Lipbalm & Etude House Dear Darling Tint Vampire Red Review: Local Brand VS Korean Brand

Hi ladies~ Finally I'm back with another review. Yeah another lip products \(>.<)/. Who doesn't love lip tint? I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee lip tint because it gives me natural color on my lip, so i won't look so pale and i always have a lip tint inside my bag haha. So, today I'll compare local brand lip tint and the famous korean brand lip tint. So, who's the winner? Let's check it out!! (*o*)

Jar of Beauty Red Butter Cookies Tinted Lipbalm

Jar of Beauty is one of Indonesian brand of homemade beauty products, you can check their products HERE. This tinted lipbalm comes in 4 colors: Orange Slushee (Orange), Tiramisu (Nude brown), Red Butter Cookies (Red) and Cotton Candy (Pink).

My pick is the red one, Red Butter Cookies. It has a very unique packaging. It comes in pump bottle, which is really great. This is my first pump bottle lip tint eveeerrrr. But, it's kinda hard for me to control the amount of the product, one push is too much in my opinion lol, so usually i just push it half way. You guys can apply this product using finger or lip brush, but i prefer dabbing it to my lips with finger.

The texture is creamy and it's pigmented. It's red colored with a tinge of orange. One more, It has cookies scent <333333. But it's too glossy for my liking, it reminds me to lipgloss than a lip tint. Too bad, there's no BPOM number, ingredients list, even expired date. It stays around 1-2 hours in my lips and it transfers to everything, tissue, glass, etc., so make sure to reapply it after drink or eat.

Etude House Dear Darling Tint Vampire Red

I'm sure all Etude House fans know about this product hehe. This is the cheapest lip tint i've ever had. It comes in 4 variants, i've tried all of them lol. It comes with doe foot applicator to help you apply on your lips.

It looks black in the tube, but if you look closely, you can see red-plum color in it. The texture is like jelly, not watery like other lip tints. It has great color pay-off and it's not drying on my lips, surprisingly. It has cherry scents and bittersweet taste (p.s. i licked it accidentaly lol). You can make a great gradient lip using this product because it's easy to blend. Don't forget to exfoliate your lips first before you apply this product, so it won't crack on your lips. About the staying power, this tint lasted 3-4 hours on my lips, great for $4 lip tint haha.

Halooo ladies~, jadi kemarin aku iseng-iseng blog walking, eh mampirlah ke blognya Rini Cesilia. Eh eh ternyata Rini Cesilia dan Etude Recipe sedang mengadakan makeup challenge, temanya valday makeup ala kpop. Wah menantang banget nih, meski gatau ntar valday ngapain, yang penting makeup-an dulu deh #teteup hehe. Anyway ini adalah pertama kalinya aku join makeup challenge, semoga gak fail deh hehe, wish me luck. Let's start~

Untuk makeup challenge kali ini aku membuat 2 tema makeup, yang pertama adalah 

Sweet Rose Valentine's Day Makeup

Tema makeup look yang satu ini lebih ke soft-pink toned yang pas banget buat valentine. Selain itu, makeup look ini juga wearable banget buat sehari-hari dan lebih natural juga, jadi gebetan kamu nggak bakal freak out. Anyway, poin penting dari korean makeup itu adalah flawless, karena cewek-cewek korea kulitnya flawless banget heu *iri*. Karena kulit mukaku sendiri banyak scars dll, maka butuh bantuan yang namanya bb cream dan concealer *YAY*. BB Cream yang aku pakai adalah PIXY BB Cream dhade Ochre dan untuk concealernya aku pakai LA Girl Pro Concelaer. Jangan lupa untuk shading dan pakai blush on, supaya kelihatan tirus plus enggak pucet. Disini aku menggunakan ELF Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder St. Lucia untuk shading dan blush. Untuk makeup matanya, aku terinspirasi dari Laneige, so korean banget hehe. Ini dia penampakannya.

Untuk membuat riasan mata seperti ini aku menggunakan Eyesadow Palette dari Coastal Scents Revealed 2, NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil Cottage Cheese, Etude House Oh M'eye Line Brown, Silky Girl Brow Pencil Brown dan jangan lupa untuk menjepit bulu mata, pakai maskara, dan memakai bulu mata palsu, pilih yang natural ya ;)

Untuk lipsticknya aku menggunakan Wet n Wild Megalast Lipstick Rose Bud dan NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream Addis Ababa, di blend menjadi satu untuk mendapatkan warna pink rose sesuai keinginan <3.

Bold Red Valentine's Day Makeup

Nah kalau makeup look yang kedua ini agak anti-mainstream, tapi tetap wearable buat sehari-hari. Cuman yaa lipsticknya agak gelap sih, jadi harus pede pakainya hehe. Makeup look ini terinspirasi dari makeup Park Sora, brand ambassador-nya style nanda, gini makeupnya.

Cantik ya mbak Sora hehe, anyway point penting dari makeup ini adalah bulu mata lentik dan lipstick merah. Kenapa kok nggak wow eyeshadownya? supaya fokus tetap terpusat di bibir, untuk mata pakai riasan natural saja. Tapiii, berhubung valday, maka aku buat pink toned seperti makeup look 1, tetapi lipsticknya aku ganti dengan yang lebih bold. Disini aku pakai Rimmel Long Lasting Lipstick 107.
