Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish SPF 50+ PA+++ Suncreen Review

Hola Ladies~ welcome back to my blog!

Split by equator, Indonesia has almost entirely tropical climate. There is a dry season (June to September), and a rainy season (December to March). Honestly, even there are two seasons here, but I feel like everyday is SUMMER XD. If you think that "I'm naturally tan, I don't need a sun protection, right?" NAH YOU TOTALLY WRONG GIRLS. Naturally darker skin simply offers a higher baseline protection factor, not an unstoppable UV barrier. You still need a good sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays that causing skin aging, wrinkling, even skin cancer OMG. But, finding the right sunscreen for sensitive skin like mine is so hard, i mean there're a lot of sunscreen products here but they give me white cast, greasy finish, hardly spread on skin, causing breakouts, and make my oily skin become more more more oily :(.

Finally, after a long long journey in finding the "light weight sunscreen for sensitive skin", I found this product. It's Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish SPF 50+ PA+++.

"cute packaging" is Etude House middle name XD

SCENT & TEXTURE

Scent: This sunscreen smells like tea tree, so refreshing~ but i don't think it's distrubing smell. It will vanish after you spread the lotion on your entire face.

Texture: White watery lotion

Spread Spread Spread~

Completely absorbed

I usually put this 5 mins before apply primer everyday. The finish is amazing! It has very very light weight texture and surprisingly it's the first suncreen that can control sebum very well in my whole life. I use this in the morning underneath my bb cream, and when i checked my face on mirror in the afternoon, my makeup was still there!!! The T zone was still oily but only a little . This product really reducing my sebum *crying rainbows*. OMG bless the founder of Etude House. So i don't mind to use this as sunscreen and primer lol. It also absorb easily on my face without greasy + sticky feeling and as you can see, this product won't make your face weirdly white, i mean the white cast like other sunscreen products. Another good news is it's great for everyday use, even for sensitive skin like me. I know this product still contains alcohols but surprisingly it doesn't cause breakouts on my skin, don't forget to do double cleansing everyday. FYI my skin type is oily + acne prone.

Etude House Oh M'eye Line Brown Review

Hi Ladies! I'm back with another review :> Today i want to give my favorite eyeliner to be reviewed. So i was looking for a cheap and long lasting eyeliner cause my previous eyeliner which is Kiss Me Heroine Make Smooth Eyeliner BK 01 is running out and it's kinda hard to find this brand in Indonesia, also the price so expensive for me lol i got KissMe Heroine eyeliner SGD 22. So I don't think will repurchase that eyeliner again. Then I found Etude House Oh M'eye Line Eyeliner. I bought this in brown color. At first i had low expectation about this product because what can you expect from $4 liquid eyeliner? BUT ETUDE HOUSE PROVED ME WRONG. Here is the product~

No complain when it comes to Etude House packaging

No paraben detected yeay!

As someone who has problems with applying liquid eyeliner without shaking, make uneven lines, and mess, i love this eyeliner! The tip is very thin! you can make thin lines perfectly. The brush tip is soft compared to all liquid eyeliners I've tried before. It's very easy to work with, even you're a newbie.

TEXTURE

Swatch!
When you swatch it, at first it's more like shiny finish, but it will turn completely matte after a while.
The color pigmentation is good, but honestly it's not the brown that I want. It's really dark, almost like black, but for $4 liquid eyeliner, this product is really worth the hype!

STAYING POWER

how about the staying power?
Let's do waterproof test!!

WATERPROOF

BUT

if you rub it, it will completely GONE yeah. It clumps up to little flecks

the good thing is this product is easy to remove *yeay*

Make sure to use good eye primer before.

OVERALL THOUGHTS

(+) Waterproof  as long as u don't rub it
(+) Smudgeproof on my oily lid
*don't forget to use eye primer*
(+) Great staying power
(+) C H E A P
(+) Easy to find here (both counter & online shop)

(-) It's not brown that i want, too dark for my liking
